Steps to Staying Motivated With Your Work Out

I found this on Prevention.com and wanted to share.  In this post Chris Freytag gives some advice on key steps to take for sticking with your fitness goal.  Chris Freytag is a personal trainer and has many exercise DVD's on the market.  I found her on Exercise TV and fell in love with her exercise routines.  She also has her own website.  So check out both and happy exercising everyone!
