A Good Nights Sleep

Getting a good nights sleep is an important step in staying healthy. It keeps us focused & helps us function more thoroughly throughout our long busy days.  I found this great article that gives 8 tips to getting that restful nights sleep we all need.  Sweet dreams to all!

  1. These were great tips on sleeping better. I think my favorite was getting exercise and sleeping in the dark, waking in the light. I try to shut it down by 11pm and I'm up by 6 am. Sleep is important to me as I have 2 small children.
